FxAlgoz provides systematic trading technology, research, and execution tooling. We are not a broker, custodian, investment adviser, or fiduciary. Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice or a solicitation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

4. Risk Disclosure

Trading foreign exchange and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Leverage can work for and against you. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

5. Account & Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and not misuse the service — including reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with other users.

All content, strategies, models, and software belong to FxAlgoz Technologies Inc. or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FxAlgoz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses, arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion, including for breach of these terms or to comply with legal requirements.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which FxAlgoz Technologies Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
